Investment Professional with 20+ Years Experience, Ex-HDFC, Traveller at heart, Yogi with a Capitalist Mind

Gunit is an investment veteran with over 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. He has had extensive exposure in wealth management, investment and asset management business across various geographies in India.  His stint with HDFC Asset Management Company Limited spanned 13 years and he served as a business head in various geographies, managing Institutional / Family Offices investment portfolios, apart from handling all business functions & responsible for the P&L.

In his current avatar as the founder of Fintegriti Capital, he is actively connecting the dots in the financial investments space by actively promoting entities that enhance investment literacy, help in creating financial asset portfolios, create certified investment professionals and encourage research papers on the changing dynamics/disruption of the investment industry.

An MBA-Finance by education, apart from his financial acumen, Gunit is a traveler at heart and is known to be a yogi with a capitalist mind with keen interest in Social Initiatives.

Santhosh is a seasoned business development and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. As the CEO of People Design and Communication, he has worked with iconic brands like iD Fresh Foods, Toys “R” Us, HMG Stones, Coldstone Creamery and many others.

Prior to this role, he was the business development manager at 3M India’s Commercial Solutions Division. For the last 15 years, he has built expertise in the graphics market segment offering solutions to brands, graphic manufacturers & interior designers. Apart from his role as a product manager for 3M’s signage materials business, he was responsible for launching a wide range of digital printing and decor solutions that are used for retail branding, outdoor advertising and interior decoration.  He was actively involved in the design, specification and implementation of large branding programs in the financial, telecom, retail and oil & gas verticals.

Santhosh has a Masters in International Business and Marketing from PSG College of Technology.

Shabari is an executive coach, an Organizational Development expert and a highly experienced HR professional with rich domain and functional expertise.  She has worked with leaders in diverse industries – supporting their learning in core leadership areas.

As an OD consultant, she helps teams simplify challenges by discovering a collective vision, working through inter personal dynamics especially through periods of change and transition. As an Executive Coach, she helps individuals appreciate their core strengths to expand inner potential. In the D&I area, she runs a separate firm Anekataa to explore gender inclusion at work.

She has worked with reputed companies like Adobe, Bajaj Auto, InMobi, Intel, Microsoft, Pepsico India, Sasken, Shell, Texas Instruments, The World Bank, Titan Industries, among others.  Shabari’s last corporate job was in 2008 as a senior HR business leader at Texas Instruments. Prior to that, she worked with Sasken Communication Tech Ltd, Titan Industries and The Maharaja Group (Colombo). She is also an entrepreneur, having run a chain of Euro-cuisine restaurants with her husband for several years.
